Raw Material Introduction:

Production Process:

The main products are manufactured using the spray pulping process, combined with the conventional production process of toilet Tissue. First, the imported wood pulp board undergoes pre-treatment, being soaked and disintegrated in a hydrapulper; then, the fiber state is adjusted through refining to fully fibrillate the fibers; impurities are removed through screening and desanding processes to ensure pulp purity; the pulp is then transported to relevant equipment for Tissuemaking, dried by dryer cylinders, during which bacteria are killed; finally, it undergoes embossing, perforating, and other treatments in a rewinder, and is cut into corresponding specifications, and packaged into finished products. Some products are also treated with embossing technology to further enhance product texture.
