Raw Material Introduction:
The core raw material is 100% imported wood pulp board, which features excellent fiber interweaving, providing superior softness and flexibility to tissue products. This ensures the fundamental quality of the tissue products from the source while meeting the safety requirements of various user groups for raw materials.
Production Process:
The main product is manufactured using the spray coating process, completed with the standard production flow of toilet Tissue. The imported wood pulp board undergoes pretreatment, where it is soaked and loosened in a hydraulic pulper. Subsequently, the fibers are adjusted through refining to achieve full disintegration and fibrillation. Impurities are then removed through screening and sand elimination processes to ensure pulp purity. The pulp is then conveyed to relevant equipment for Tissuemaking, dried in a cylinder dryer, and sterilized during the drying process. Finally, the product is processed with embossing, perforation, and other treatments by a rewinding machine, cut into corresponding specifications, and packaged as the final product. Some products also undergo embossing to further enhance their texture.
